Information we collect

If you email us, we may receive your name, email address, organisation, job title and anything you choose to include in your enquiry or subsequent correspondence. Website hosting providers may also process technical information, such as IP addresses and request details, to deliver and protect this website.

How we use it

We use correspondence to respond to enquiries, discuss potential engagements and manage professional relationships. Our usual legal basis is legitimate interests in responding to business enquiries and operating the consultancy, or steps taken at your request before entering into a contract. Where a different legal basis applies, we will explain it when relevant.

Service providers and international processing

We use service providers to host this website and handle email, including Cloudflare and Google Workspace. The website also loads web fonts from Google. These providers may process technical or correspondence information on our behalf and may process it outside the UK. Where UK data protection law requires safeguards for international transfers, these must be in place.

Cookies and website technologies

The website does not intentionally install advertising pixels or visitor analytics cookies. Essential security and delivery technologies may be used by the hosting provider. We will update this notice and introduce a consent mechanism if we add technologies that require consent.

How long we keep information

We keep enquiry correspondence only as long as reasonably needed to respond, manage an ongoing professional relationship, or meet applicable legal requirements. Retention depends on the nature of the correspondence and whether an engagement follows; information is reviewed and deleted when no longer necessary.

Your rights

Depending on the circumstances, you may have rights to access, correct or erase your personal information, restrict or object to certain processing, and request data portability. Contact chris@tform.global to make a request. You may also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO).

Changes to this notice

We may update this notice as our services and website evolve. The updated date above will show when it was last revised.
